Export Ready page

This page enables you to display and save the exported document in the format that you chose in the "Choose export type page".

Click to view or save

Use this button to open the exported document in the appropriate helper application. For example, if you export a worksheet in PDF format, if you click this button Discoverer displays the exported document using Adobe Acrobat. You can then use Adobe Acrobat to view or save the exported worksheet.

The behavior that occurs after you click the Click to view or save button depends on the helper applications (for example, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel) that are specified in your operating system for different file types (that is, MIME Type settings).

Any of the following behaviors might occur after you click the Click to view or save button:

• the worksheet opens in an application embedded in the browser

• the worksheet opens in an application

• the operating system displays a dialog where you can save the worksheet in the exported format

  Note: Before you can open worksheets in Discoverer Viewer, you must have made the recommended configuration settings to your operating system, browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and spreadsheet application (for example, Microsoft Excel).
